How purchases are fulfilled
Books and digital resources are sold and fulfilled through our external commerce partner (currently Selar). Checkout, payment, and delivery all happen on that platform, using the payment method you select at checkout.
Physical books
Shipping timeframes and costs for physical books are set by the commerce partner handling fulfilment and shown at checkout before you pay. International shipping availability varies by title.
Digital resources
Digital downloads (study guides, the Recovery Blueprint framework, and similar resources) are delivered electronically, typically by email or an instant download link, immediately after payment is confirmed.
Refunds
Refund eligibility and process are governed by our commerce partner's policy at the time of purchase. If you run into an issue with an order, contact us directly and we'll help you resolve it with the platform.
